$4,000 for 75 and under
$4,500 for 125 and under
$5,000 for 175 and under
Barn Rental includes: 3 day rental! We do the cleaning and Set up of tables and chairs for dining and cocktail hour, vendor area, reception area, and ceremony area. We provide all the furniture for the ceremony as well. Rehearsal period 6 hours the day before. Venue access the day after for 6 hours to pack up. AC and heat. Multiple bathrooms. Handicap Accessible. Separate bride and groom suites. Vendor and guest parking. Market lighting in multiple areas. Chandeliers in the barn as well.
You bring in: DJ, Caterer (food and Beverage), Florals, Officiant, Decorations, coordinator etc.

1. Horse drawn Carriage ride to the ceremony site: $1,500
2. Pony Meet & Greet $250
3. Carriage display: $150 per carriage as decor
4. Horse Display $100 per horse
5. Pony Display: $100 for a pair
