$4500 for 150 and under
$5,000 for 200 and under
$5,500 for 250 and under
Barn Rental includes: 2 day rental! Venue access the day of for 13 hours. Venue access the day before for 6 hours. We do the cleaning and Set up of tables and chairs for dining and cocktail hour, vendor area, reception area, and ceremony area. We provide all the furniture for the ceremony as well. AC and heat. Multiple bathrooms. Handicap Accessible. Separate bride and groom suites. Vendor and guest parking. Market lighting in multiple areas. Chandeliers in the barn as well.
You bring in: DJ, Caterer (food and Beverage), Florals, Officiant, Decorations, coordinator etc.
